A set of terminal programs:
1. POLL program: Tests communications between the ORION and the computer.
2. KYBD program: Lets you type commands to the ORION. What makes this rock is that you can override the frequency restriction on the Master receiver and go into the shortwave bands and you have access to the spectrum 'scope. The bad news is that the sensitivity drops like a rock on some frequencies. Still, it's kinda neat to have that big display show a frequency of 88.888.88MHz, and the SUB to show 00.000.000.
3. MEMORY program: Lets you download your memory bank to your computer. Then you can edit the file and rearrange the entries in the order you wish. I put all the CW frequencies in one block, the digital ones in another, and shortwave voice frequencies in yet another. I even created a "fill file" that will fill in the blank memories with the memory number in the BW field as well as in the frequency field. Lets you know that it is not in use.
