TclTk applications "fdserver" and "fdclient", a complete implementation of
a Field Day client/server application written in the TclTk scripting language.
Executes on Linux, OS X, and all Windows XP ... Win10.  fdserver supports 
multiple clients residing on a LAN, including a built-in client in the current 
distribution of fldigi.
